We offer many different group training programs. With over 5 trainers, we have lots of options when it comes to group workouts.

Pricing

Basic membership starts at only $25 a month. This gives you 24/7 access to the gym, allowing you to workout whenever is convenient for you.

Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve your performance, or just looking for an intense, personalized workout, we have a strength package for you.

Personal Training Rates

  • 10 hr (20 sessions) – $400
  • 6 hr (12 sessions) – $260
  • 1 hr (2 sessions) – $45

Speed, Agility, Flexibility, and Recovery – $220

  • Individual personal training
  • 6 sessions, 45 min each

Speed, Agility, Flexibility, Recovery Group work – $150 per person

  • 4 week training block
  • 2 days a week/1 hour each session
  • Limited to 10 participants
